肺炎链球菌自然转化机制的研究进展

摘    要:目的:探讨肺炎链球菌自然转化基因调控的研究进展。方法:复习国内外近期资料加以综合归纳。结果:肺炎链球菌自然转化的基因调控是非常复杂的,100种以上的基因都能对感受态刺激因子的刺激产生应答,其中comCDE、comAB、ciaHR基因在自发形成感受态的调节中具有关键的作用。结论:肺炎链球菌自然转化机制的进一步阐明,对于了解肺炎链球菌的生理特点、致病性和耐药机制等都是非常有益的。

Abstract:Objective: To study the gene regulation of natural transformation in Streptococcus pneumoniae.Methods: To review and summarize the recent domestic and foreign data.Results: The gene regulation of natural transformation in Streptococcus pneumoniae was very complex,and more than 100 genes had response to competence stimulating peptide.ComCDE,comAB,and ciaHR pose the critical roles in the regulative process of spontaneous formation of competence.Conclusion: To further study the mechanism of its natural transformation was fairly beneficial to the understanding of the physiological characteristics,pathogenicity,and the mechanism of Streptococcus pneumoniae.
