摘    要:本文研究固定凸轮与连杆组合机构的优化设计方法,并研究从动件与连杆间的铰销中心到曲柄回转中心的垂直距离Ho、偏心距e、顶端停留角■_2对最大压力角的影响。此外,还综合研究连杆与滑道间压力角的值,以选择最佳方案。


THE OPTIMAL DESIGN OF MECHANISM MADE UP FIXED CAM AND CONNECTING RODS
Abstract:In this paper, the mechanism made up fixed cam and connectingrods is designed with method of optimization. And, it is also studedthat the vertical destance from henge centre between driven memberand connecting rod to the centre of crank gyration H_0, eccentric dest-ance e, retention period at top Φ_2 have an effect on maximum pressu-re angle. Moreover, numercal value of pressure angle between connect-ing rods and the chute is synthetically studed, accordingly, we maychoose a optimum plan.
