腮腺非上皮性良性肿瘤的多层螺旋CT表现

探讨了多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对腮腺非上皮性良性肿瘤的诊断价值.回顾性分析了12例经病理证实的腮腺非上皮性良性肿瘤患者的CT资料,其中3例行增强扫描.研究的12个病例中,神经鞘瘤1例,神经纤维瘤、囊肿、鳃裂囊肿和淋巴管瘸各2例,血管淋巴管瘤、血管畸形和脂肪瘤各1例.其中,9例肿瘤位于腮腺浅叶;7例形态规则.5例形态不规则;9例与正常腮腺组织分界清楚,3例分界不清;8例密度均匀,4例密度不均;增强后2例不均匀强化,1例(脂肪瘤)未强化.结果显示.腮腺非上皮性良性肿瘤的MSCT表现出一定的特征性,多表现为位于腮腺浅叶,形态规则,边界清楚;脉管性病变形态多不规则.边界不清楚;颈部均无异常肿大淋巴结.MSCT在其诊断和鉴别诊断中有重要的作用.

MSCT Findings of Parotid Benign Non-epithelial Cell Tumors

To evaluate the value of MSCT in the diagnosis of parotid benign non-epithelial cell tumors, 12 cases of CT findings of Parotid benign nonepithelial cell tumors proved by pathology were reviewed retrospectively.
