摘    要:利用原子吸收光谱法测定败酱草中微量元素的含量,为探讨微量元素的种类及含量与药效的关系提供了一定的科学依据。采用湿法消解溶解消化样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)对败酱草中的多种微量元素进行了分析测定。败酱草中Fe,Mg,Ca的含量分别为0.811,5.134,39.363 mg/g,该方法加标回收率在97.7%—102.8%之间,相对标准偏差RSD值(n=6)在0.13%—0.62%。火焰原子吸收光谱法快速、简单、灵敏,准确度和精密度均较好,能达到分析要求,可用于中草药中微量元素的测定。
