| Abstract: | Form three aspects, this thesis analyses the psychological barrier in teaching hurdle race and puts forth the re-recgonition out of the traditional misunderstanding.It also points out that through eleminating the barrier and adjusting the students' movements. teachers may motivate them to learn and hence the teaching is targeted. |
