摘    要:本文针对学生在跨栏跑学习中产生的心理障碍,探究其产生的原因,提出对学生的认识与行为加以引导和调节的措施.意在减少在跨栏教学中的受伤事故,达到消除心理障碍,激发学生学习积极性,提高教学质量的目的.

Abstract:Form three aspects, this thesis analyses the psychological barrier in teaching hurdle race and puts forth the re-recgonition out of the traditional misunderstanding.It also points out that through eleminating the barrier and adjusting the students' movements. teachers may motivate them to learn and hence the teaching is targeted.
