This paper studies the connotation,impact ingredient and the faculty model of the technique innovation in the science and technology venture enterprises.And it also makes an analysis on the characteristics and problems of the innovated faculty in the growth process of the science and technology venture enterprises,finally,it gives some advises on the ways of the capacity of the technique innovation.
