纳米炭黑/硅橡胶柔性压力传感器的交流特性

摘    要:在印有叉指电极的陶瓷衬底上,制作纳米炭黑/硅橡胶复合导电材料的压力传感器,并研究该传感器在交流驱动下的压敏特性.结果表明:在1kHz测试条件下,该传感器呈正压阻效应;随着测试频率的增加,纳米炭黑/硅橡胶界面处的空间电荷极化强度减小,器件的正压阻效应减弱;当器件负载/卸载时,传感器的响应和恢复时间均小于3s;当连续加载压力时,传感器可分辨的压力为0.5N.

Abstract:A pressure sensor of nano\|carbon black/silicon rubber conductive composite was fabricated on the ceramic substrate with interdigital electrodes. Piezoresistive characteristics of the sensor were investigated under alternating current drive. The results demonstrate the sensor exhibited positive piez
oresistive effect at a frequency of 1 kHz. The polarization intensity of space charges on the interface between nano carbon black and silicone rubber decreased and the positive piezoresistive effect weakened as the working frequency increased. The response time and recovery time of sensor were within 3 s in the processes of loading and unloading. The resolution of the sensor was 0.5 N in the continuous loading process. 
