摘    要:针对石油工业含油废水排放量大、对环境污染严重的问题,以渤海某钻井平台的钻井盐屑含油废水为研究对象,采用A–MBR、Fenton氧化与活性炭吸附组合工艺对其进行处理.实验表明:当进水COD为3,930.1~5,119.0,mg/L、NH3–N和油的质量浓度分别为203.2~232.1,mg/L和903.4~936.9,mg/L时,组合工艺对废水COD、NH3–N和油的平均去除率分别为98.8%、97.7%和99.6%,处理效果好,出水水质稳定,水质达到天津市《污水综合排放标准》(DB 12/356—2008)的二级排放要求,可为同类废水处理提供参考.

Abstract:With the development of petroleum industry,the treatment of oily wastewater has always been a problem for human beings,and it has the characteristics of large amount of discharge,serious environmental pollution,and so on. A com-bined process of A-MBR-Fenton-Activated carbon adsorption was used to treat the oily wastewater from one rig on Bohai Sea. The result shows that when the concentrations of COD of the raw water was 3930.1-5119.0mg/L,and the concentra-tions of NH3-N and oil in it were 203.2-232.1mg/L and 903.4-936.9mg/L,the corresponding average removal rates were 98.8%,97.7%and 99.6%,respectively. The hybrid process of A-MBR-Fenton-Activated carbon adsorption is effective in oily wastewater treatment and operates steadily.The effluent quality met the requirements for secondary water standard of DB12/356-2008,of Tianjin,which makes the combined process a good reference for similar wastewater treatment.
