| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着表面研究的发展,对吸附于金属表面的各种有机分子薄膜性质的研究受到了广泛重视。在这些研究中,首先涉及到有机分子在金属靶(即衬底)上的成膜及膜厚度的控制问题。有机分子在金属靶上的吸附成膜一般可分为物理和化学吸附两种。化学吸附作用比物理吸附作用强得多,它可导致被吸附分子及靶表面分子结构上的变化。在一般条件下,物理
