| 摘 要： | 民族关系问题是一个古老而又常新的论题。市场化取向的改革一方面推进，加快了民族地区的发展，另一方面也带来一系列影响民族关系的新问题，借助外部的扶助和市场的拖动，增强各民族的自我发展能力，将区位和资源优势转化为内在实力，实现可持续发展，是解决现今民族关系问题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | National relation is an old and new topic. On one hand, the market-orientated reform has promoted and sped up the development of territories of nationality; on the other hand, it has also brought on a series of new problems which have affected national relations. The most effective way to solve the present national problems is to strengthen the self-developing ability of all nationalities, to transform the location and resources superiority into an internal strength and to realize the sustainable development with the help of external support and the promotion of market. |
