| 摘 要： | 运用自组织理论剖析了近代科学技术未能发生于中国的原因，笔者认为近代中国的科学技术系统中的诸要素如哲学思想、方法论、数学工具等未能持续形成非线性作用机制，使系统走入循环、交叉作用并关联放大的循环圈之中，加之随机涨落又常常受到特定输入的干预而被平息，而环境又以特定指令的方式向科学技术系统输入物质、能量和信息流，致使近代科学技术未能在中国自组织起来． |

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of auto-organization,the article pierces into the reasons why the modern science and technology had not started in China.The author believes that there are mang elements contributing to the result.First,the necessary philosophyes,methodology,mathmatical tools etc,could not continue to form a non-linear system to stimulate the birth of science and technology.This,the system of science and technology could not move into an inter-reacted and fictitious circulation.Secondly,the external interference always suppressed the circumstantial fluctuations of the system.While circumstances are always the source of materials,energy and information for the system in the way of special instruction. Therefore,modern science and technology did not auto-organize in China. |
