| 摘 要： | 针对社会对药学人才需求的多样化和药学发展的新趋势,本文结合实际情况,从教育思想的转变、目标定位和课程体系设置以及教学方法等方面对药学教育的改革进行了探索,以期培养出适应社会发展需要的特色药学专门人才。

| Abstract: | To adapt to the demand diversification of pharmacy talents and the new trend of the development of pharmacy,pharmacy education reforms were investigated concerning change of education ideas,aim orientation,setting of curriculum system and teaching methods.Ultimately,our aim was to cultivate a great many of trait pharmacy talents which would well suit society demands. |
