On the Qualifications of Editors of University Journals under the Background of Soft Cultural Power

The Report at the 17th Party Congress stressed the necessity to strengthen cultural construction and enhance China's soft cultural power so as to take the advantageous point in the competition of comprehensive national strength. To put it objectively, the first task of the cultural workers is to create the cultural essence for this age. The editors of the university journals shall constantly improve themselves in order to better the quality of journal and the soft cultural power.
