| 摘 要： | 地方高校、尤其是新建本科院校向应用技术类型高校转型发展,乃大势所趋。这一趋向对设置应用英语专业提出了诸多要求。该专业设置具有较为丰厚的内涵,从价值论的角度看,它包含多重维度:坚持应用方向,是其必然的价值前提;凸显地方特色,是其本然的价值因子;提供技术训练,是其当然的价值选择;夯实专业基础,是必应然的价值指向。既彼此独立、又互为倚靠的四重价值维度,共同构成和体现了应用英语专业的价值内涵与全部本质。
