| 摘 要： | 采用平板菌落计数法测定了共生生金菌的生长曲线,查明了这种微生物的世代时间和比生长率,并就环境ｐＨ值对共生生金菌生长情况的影响进行了研究·结果表明,共生生金菌的生长速率是它催化锰氧化反应的关键制约因素,加快共生生金菌的生长速率,是强化碳酸锰矿石微生物氧化过程的有效途径·

| Abstract: | The growth curve of Metallogenium symbioticum was measured with the plate counter method. Its growth sate and generation time was determined. The effect of medium pH value on the growth of the bacterium was studied. The results show that the growth of the culture is the critical factor to govern the catalyzed reaction of Mn oxidation, and that the reaction can be improved by means of rapid bacterial growth. |
