液压挖掘机工作装置仿真研究

摘    要:简述了AMESim软件的性能和特点,对挖掘机工作装王的液压系统和机构在AMESim环境下进行了建模,设王了模型中的主要参数,实现了其液压系统动态仿真和机构的二堆动力学仿真.并采用试验的方式对仿真模型进行验证和改进,对仿真结果和试验结果进行了详细分析和比较,给出试验和仿真曲线,并在AMEViewer中显示仿真模型的运动。所得到的动臂、斗杆和铲斗液压缸无杆腔的压力误差在10bar以内,因此能够实现较精确的工作装置运动仿真,同时也验证了该模型的有效性。

Abstract:Capability and characteristic of AMESim were described concisely and the hydraulic system and mechanism of excavator's manipulator were modeled in AMESim.The main parameters of model were set,and then the dynamic simulation of hydraulic system and the planar dynamic simulation of mechanism were achieved.The experiments were applied to verify the model,and the simulation results were analyzed and compared with that of experiments in detail.The motion of simulation model was shown in AMEViewer.By comparing with the experiment,the simulation errors for pressure of boom,stick and bucket were less than 10 bar.In a word,accurate motion simulation of excavator's manipulator is accomplished,and the simulation model is proved to be valid.
