| 摘 要： | 根据企业知识的互替性、知识生产的函数、效用函数分析了企业这种行为主体在进行知识替代过程中的决策问题。通过这种分析,讨论了企业在知识更替中的一些关键性的问题。最后,列举了一种产品随着技术的更新而发生变化的过程。
