电镀废水中分离铁(Ⅲ)的研究

摘    要:化学法处理电镀废水时,其中的重金属离子形成氢氧化物沉淀,用硫酸浸出沉淀后会得到含有Cu2 、Ni2 和Fe3 的混合溶液,以之为实验研究对象,用氢氧化钠调控溶液的pH值,探求从中分离Fe3 的条件,实现溶液中Fe3 的有效分离;然后根据溶度积原理阐述从溶液中分离Fe3 的原理、确定分离的适宜条件;将理论分析与实验研究所确定的分离条件进行对比,基本上吻合,表明溶度积原理对电镀废水中重金属离子的分离有重要指导意义。

Studies on Separation of Fe3 + from Electroplating Waste Water

Abstract:The electroplating waste water was treated with by a chemical method to remove al the heavy metal ion in form of hydroxide sedimentation.Mixed solution of Cu2 ,Ni2 and Fe3 was obtained by a leaching of the deposit with sulfuric acid.With the mixed solution as experimental object,separation condition of the iron ions was explored.pH of the solution was controlled by sodium hydroxide,the ions were effectually separated.In this article,the separating truth was also expatiated by means of the principle of solubility product to confirm the suitable separating condition.The theoretical analysis matches well with the experimental result,which indicates that the principle of solubility product can be a useful guidance to separate heavy metal ions.
