| 摘 要： | 建立和完善与市场经济发展相适应并对之起到政治保证作用的制度,构建惩防腐败体系已成为我国社会发展的必然要求。如何构建高校教育、制度、监督并重的惩防腐败体系成为我们当前重要的课题之一,也是当前和今后一个时期高校纪检监察工作的重要目标。

| Abstract: | Establishing and consummating the system which adapts the market economy development and plays the political safeguard role to it,constructing punishing and guarding against the corruption system has become the inevitably request which society develops in our country.How to construct punishing and guarding system of universities education,system,and supervision equally emphasized has become one of our current important topics,it will be the important goal of universities disciplinary inspection and supervision work at present and in the future. |
