利用ADAMS仿真技术处理俯仰机构欠载问题

摘    要:针对喷浆机器人在低于额定电压场合下工作时,存在俯仰机构初始上仰困难的问题,理论分析了电压降低导致俯仰机构上仰欠载的原因,并利用ADAMS仿真分析,验证了最大载荷工作点位置,在喷浆机器人设计中改进了俯仰油缸液压驱动系统,实践证明效果良好。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of the upping difficulty when the locale voltage is lower than the rating voltage, the cause of initializing up was analyzed, the working position of the peak load with ADAMS software was validated in allusion to the initializing up difficulty problem of the pitching machine, and the hydraulic control driving system of pitching cylinder in the design of the shotcretin robot was improved. The fulfillment is effective.
