喷雾干燥塔粉料湿含量控制系统的分析、设计与调试

摘    要:本文根据喷雾干燥机理,分析了喷雾干燥塔出口粉料湿含量与进塔热风温度和塔顶排风温度之间的因果关系,确定出了湿含量控制方案及控制变量;运用实验测试方法,绘出了控制对象的阶跃响应曲线,并以此为依据设计出控制系统调节器的参数,最终给出了调试及运行的结果。

Abstract:On the basis of spray-drying theory, this article analyses the causal relation between the corned-powder moisture content of the spray-drying lower and the temperatures of the hot air into tower and that of the exhaust on the tower top, then it determines the controlling scheme of the moisture content and variables. Using the experiment testing methods,it draws its step-input meponsive curves. On this basis, it design foe parameters of adjuster,and finally gives the results of the debugging and movement.
