摘    要:对低温等离子体脱出以甲苯为代表物的空气中有机挥发物进行了研究,考察了气体流速、进口浓度等因素对脱出效果的影响。结果表明,采用低温等离子体技术,在室温及较高流速下,对模拟废气中的甲苯有较高的脱除净化能力。

Abstract:The low temperature plasma of surficial discharge was used to remove the harmful substances in the waste gases.The effects of flow rates and concentrations were examined on the removal of toluene as typical volatile organic compound. It was found that with low temperature plasma, toluene could be easily converted to CO x at room temperature.
