原子吸收法测定三叶木通果皮中锌铅铬含量

摘    要:用浓硝酸-高氯酸微波消解三叶木通果皮,用原子吸收分光光度法测定果皮中锌、铅和铬的含量.实验结果表明,锌、铅、铬3种重金属质量分数大小顺序为w(Zn)>w(Pb)>w(Cr),其值分别为9.084×10-3%,6.868×10-3%,3.241×10-3%,加标回收率分别为100.24%,99.87%,101.01%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.23%,1.22%,1.91%.该方法用于测定三叶木通果皮中锌铅铬含量,测定结果的准确度和回收率高,精密度和重复性好,具有良好的应用价值.

Abstract:The Akebia trifoliate peel sample was digested with microwave addition concentrated nitric acid-perchloric acid, and the contents of zinc,plumbum and chromium were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method. The results showed that the order of the three heavy metal contents was w (Zn) 〉w (Pb) 〉w (Cr) in Akebia trifoliate peels, and their contents were 9.084 × 10^-3 %, 6. 868 × 10^-3 % and 3. 241 × 10^-3 %, respectively. Recovery ratio of addition standard sample and its relative standard deviation (RSD) were 100.24%, 99.87%, 101.01 % and 1.23 %, 1.22 %, 1.91%, respectively. This method used for determination of contents of zinc,plumbum and chromium in Akebia trifoliate peel achieved high recovery rate and accuracy, and great precision and repeatability. Therefore, it has good application value.
