| 摘 要： | 针对目前大多数高校就业指导课的课程设置、课程内容、课程环节、教师队伍等方面存在的问题，从提高对就业指导课程的重视程度、充实就业指导课程内容、改进就业指导课程的授课方式和加强课程教师队伍建设四个方面提出行之有效的解决方案。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems existing in the employment guidance course for college and university students including course setting, content, course stage, teaching team, this thesis puts forward effective solutions to the problems in four aspects： improving awareness of the employment guidance course, enriching the content of the course, improving the teaching ways of the course and strengthening the teaching team. |
