| 摘 要： | 在铸造生产线砂处理皮带输送机系统自动运行过程中，为了保证皮带机的正常运行和安全停机，结合生产实际情况，选用ABPLC控制解决铸造生产线砂处理皮带输送机系统自动启动运行，故障条件下的安全停机，与第三方设备的互锁联系，并在生产实际应用中取得了令人满意的效果。

| Abstract: | In the automatic running of sand processing belt conveyor system of the moulding line, AB PLC is used in actual production to guarantee that the belt conveyor starts operation, works well and stops safely in ease of failure. The technical characteristic of the belt conveyor system is the interlocking links associated with third-party devices. In actual production, satisfactory effects are achieved. |
