| 摘 要： | 镇江城市化必须遵循城市发展的普遍规律和特殊规律，坚持科学发展观的要求，坚持以人为本，效益优先的原则，采取多元化城市化战略，促进中心城区、小城市、小城镇的协调发展和城乡一体化发展，克服城市化、现代化发展中的种种弊端，走一条人口、资源、环境协调可持续发展的道路。

| Abstract: | The general laws and special laws must be obeyed in the urbanization of Zhenjiang. It is necessary to adhere to the requirements of the scientific outlook on development and the people-oriented and efficiency-first principle. Urbanizing must adopt diversified strategies, promote the central city, small sub-cities and small towns to develop coordinately and boost the integral development of urban and rural areas. It needs to overcome the drawbacks of urbanization and modernization, and needs to take a way in which population, resources and environments develop coordinately and sustainably. |
