摘    要:使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对激光熔覆的表面温度场进行模拟与分析。使用参数化设计语言APDL实现对移动栽荷的加载及ANSYS生死单元方法模拟粉末逐步熔覆的过程。结果表明,激光熔覆是典型的急冷急热加工过程,热影响区成后拖的偏椭圆状图形且面积随时间进行逐渐增大,熔池中心温度随着激光功率的增加而升高,随激光扫描速度的增加而下降。但下降幅度不大。

Abstract:Finite element simulation of temperature field in laser cladding process was analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS. Parametric Design Language APDL was used to achieve the load of the moving loads and the death element method of ANSYS was used to simulate the process of powder gradually melting. Results show that the laser cladding is a typical rapidly cooling and heating process. The heating zone is partial oval-shaped with trailing graphics and the area increases with time. The temperature of the melting pool rises with the increase of the laser power and falls with the increase of the scan speed.
