摘    要:同行评议在国外的高校教学评估中得到了广泛的应用,已经超出了教学质量评估的范畴而成为一种更为广阔的教学质量提升机制。美国的UNL项目同行评议的模型、流程设计和成效,对我国的高校教学评估具有启示和借鉴意义。我国的高校教学评估应成为一种长效机制,应突出学生综合能力的培养,应实现校园文化的转变。

Abstract:Peer review has been widely applied into higher education teaching assessment overseas. This method has now become a teaching quality improvement mechanism rather than a teaching quality assessment. Based on the connotation and the principle of peer review, this thesis, taking American Project UNL as an example, introduces the model, procedure design and performance of American Project UNL, which has some inspiration and reference to China's higher education teaching assessment. The higher education teaching assessment shoud be a long-term mechanism, emphasizing the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability and promoting the change of campus culture.
