高品质纳米氧化锌粉体的制备及其表征

摘    要:讨论了以均匀沉淀法制备纳米ZnO的影响因素,首次提出了在反应体系中加入表面活性剂,控制溶液pH值的相对稳定性的方法。并制备了高品质纳米ZnO粉体,XRD及TEM分析表明:ZnO纳米粒子10nm-30nm,颗粒均匀,分散性好。

Abstract:Various factors which prepared nanometer-sized ZnO by using homogeneous precipitation method were discussed and a new method adding surfactant and controlling pH in reactant systems was suggested firstly in this paper. High quality nanometer-sized ZnO was prepared. XRD and TEM showed that the nanometer-sized ZnO particles were 10nm-30nm and they had uniform particles and finely dispersion.
