Research on Dynamic Properties of Frame Structure on Semi-Infinite Foundation

In this paper, the semi-infinite foundation is divided into far and near domains, and they are simulated by the super-parameter mapping dynamic infinite element and the ordinary finite element respectively. A coupling element between the superstructure and ground is also suggested where by a mathematical model of numerical analysis for that system is established, on the basis of which the effect of the foundation far domain, the elastic modulus ratio between the height and span of the structure and input patterns upon the dynamic properties of the system is analysed and studied. Accordingly, the results show that the effect is apparent.
