| 摘 要： | 从保险险种及其行业服务特点看,过程保险具有不同于一般财产险和人寿险的特点;从岗位要求看,工程保险专业人才的专业能力分层结构包括基本能力、从业能力和发展能力三个层次;在此基础上提出了培养工程保险专业人才的课程模块。

| Abstract: | The article started at the characters of engineering insurance and its services,raised a series of its personalities which were different from the life insurance and the property insurance.what is more,we analyzed the competency standard structure of employment,including basic competency,employment competency and development competency.Finally,we put forward the system of courses of engineering insurance major. |
