| 摘 要： | 由于磁性粒子具有优良的磁导向作用,因此受到许多研究者的青睐,在医学领域已作为靶向药物加以应用.在简单介绍磁性靶向药物粒子的作用、组成的基础上,详细地综述了磁核和磁性粒子的制备方法及其磁控定位的研究进展.

| Abstract: | Magnetic particles have been attracting increasing attention by some researchers and have been applied to targeting drugs in the field of medicinal science because the magnetic particles have better effect on magnetic targeting.The feature and the component about magnetic particles for targeting drug are introduced briefly,the development of the preparation of the magnetic core,particles and the study of magnetic localization are reviewed in detail. |
