摘    要:本文利用克隆的方法首次记述了天津塘沽和海南莺歌海盐场卤虫染色体倍性与生物学特征的关系.通过对天津和海南孤雌生殖卤虫Artemiaparthenogenetica的克隆培养,检查了其染色体倍性组成,比较了不同倍性卤虫的生物学特性的差异,并对卤虫染色体的非整倍性及二倍体卤虫个体中存在的多倍体细胞问题做了初步研究.目前国内外有关此类报导甚少

Abstract:in this Paper we described for the first time the relationship between chromosomal ploidy and biological character of Artemia from Tanggu, Tianjin and Yillgge Hai, Hainan using the clonal culture. Browne (1987) studied the brine shrimp Artemia from Satin de Giraud, France. Li Jiayong and Wang Renxue (1986) analyzed the relationship between the chromosomal ploidy and the diameter of cysts as well as the cblomosomal Ploidy and electrophoretic Patterns of isoenzymes. We inspected the composition of the chomosomal ploidy of Artemia parthenogenetica from Tianjin and Hainan and compared the characteristics of different chromosomal ploidy between them; We also preliminarily studied the problems on Artemia of non-ploidy chromosome and aneuploid cells in diploid brine shrimps.
