| 摘 要： | MapInfo是小城镇地理信息系统开发的理想工具，利用MapInfo作为基础地理信息系统平台对小城镇的基准地价进行评估，并建立基础数据库，有利于充分发挥基准地价的作用。本评估方法的基本操作程序为：首先数字化工作底图，然后收集资料，确定基准地价并建立宗地修正体系，最后建立基础数据库。
