| Abstract: | In this paper, at first the author expounds the connotation of studying the formation model for the human resource of P&T enterprises, subsequently discusses the utility function of P&T enterprises and its' characteristics, and put forward the general model about human resource formation of P&T enterprises. Based on this an ideal personnel allocation, about duty, age, degree and major, is got respectively according to the decided optimization order, and finally with the model solving the ideal structure of the personnel resource of P&T enterprises has been got. |
