| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查对中、日两国248名女子手球运动员(其中中国8个队128名,日本8个队120名)的运动损伤情况进行分析,为防止运动损伤提供参考。结果表明,女子手球运动员的运动损伤发生率高的部位为小腿以下部位、膝关节及腰部,并发现中国女子手球运动员膝关节带伤坚持训练和比赛的比例较高。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this research is to investigate more information about the occurrence of sports injury and through which to prevent injury in handball players.A questionnaire was delivered to Chinese and Japanese company handball players.The subjects were 136 women,which is composed of 1 32 Chinese players and 120 Japanese players(8 Chinese teams and 8 Japanese teams).The injury rate was high on ankle joint,knee joint and lumber in that order.The occurrence of jumper's knee was presented higher in Chinese teams. |
