| 摘 要： | 发展先进生产力是全面建设小康社会的物质基础，发展先进文化是全面建设小康社会的精神支柱，代表最广大人民的根本利益是全面建设小康社会的根本目的。按照“三个代表”的要求，实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟蓝图，对于加快推进我国的社会主义现代化建设，开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面，具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Developing the advanced productive forces is the material base for building the well-to-do society in an all-round way.Developing the advanced culture is the spirit support for building it.Representing the fundamental interests of the great majority of people is the basic goal for it.According to requirement of Three Representatives,it has a great significance to realize the grand blueprint of building the well-to-do society fully for quickening steps of our socialist modernization and opening up a new world of the socialist cause with Chinese features. |
