摘    要:由于空间环境的苛刻考验,星载天线机构的运动性能与在地面常规环境条件下有很大不同。作为一种基本的运动副形式,移动副在各类星载天线机构中均有广泛应用。为了保证其可靠运行,基于黏着摩擦理论和润滑模型,深入分析了影响移动副运动可靠性的关键因素。研究极端环境下多种关键参数对其运动可靠性的影响。在此基础上利用有限元法,在多场耦合条件下研究了温度参数、尺寸参数、配合参数及材料参数对移动副的影响,得到了不同参数条件下的摩擦及运动特性响应规律,为星载天线机构的可靠运行和结构优化提供有益参考与数据支持。

Abstract:Due to the special nature of the space environment, the motion performance of the space-borne mechanism is very different from the conventional ground condition. As a basic form of kinematic pair, prismatic pair has been widely used in all kinds of space-borne mechanism. In order to guarantee the reliable operation, the key factors affecting the reliability of prismatic pair movement are analyzed by the theory of adhesive friction and lubrication model. Based on the finite element method, the influence of temperature parameter, size parameter, fit parameter and material parameter on the prismatic pair is studied, and the response law of friction and motion characteristics under different parameters is obtained, which provide useful reference and data support for the reliable operation and structure optimization of the space-borne mechanism.
