致密砂岩储层网缝波及宽度计算研究

摘    要:致密砂岩气藏开采成功的关键因素在于大规模水力压裂技术和水平井开发技术,水平井分段大规模压裂是二者的完美结合;然而现场施工过程中,如何分段压裂是困扰现场工程师的一大难题。通过建立压裂缝张开诱导应力场、注入流体诱导应力场等局部地应力扰动数学模型,确定计算了网缝波及宽度与最大最小水平主应力差之间的关系,从而指导现场的水平井分段压裂施工。建立的数学模型在肇源南地区进行了现场应用,现场微地震监测结果与数值计算结果较为吻合,验证了本模型的准确性。研究对现场致密砂岩气藏水平井分段压裂有一定的技术指导,为大规模提高致密砂岩气藏单井产能奠定了理论基础,具有较高的经济价值和社会效益。

Abstract:Exploiting close sand gas reservoir successfully entails massive hydraulic fracturing and horizontal well development technique. Massive multi-stage fracturing combines the two immaculately. How to multi-stage fracture, nevertheless, has long been a major problem for filed process. In order to provide guidelines for multi-stage fracturing operation on spot, the relationship between the network fracturing spread width and the disparity between the maximum and the minimum principal stress is confirmed by developing mathematical models of local ground stress disturbance such as fracture opening induced stress field, injected fluid induced stress field and etc. The model has been put into field practice in the Zhaoyuannan oil field. It is fairly well that the result of microseismic monitoring consists with the result of numerical calculation, which has validated the model. The study offers close sand gas reservoir technical instruction and lays the theoretical groundwork for massively improving individual well produce rate. Thus it counts social efficiency and economic value.
