超氧(O_2~-)生化特性研究新进展

摘    要:化学家和生物家从不同的角度对超氧(O_2)的反应活性进行了研究。提出两种截然相反的观点:一种观点认为O_2只有化学特异性而不具有反应活性;另一种观点则认为O_2具有很高的反应活性,是一种非常强的氧化剂, 而且广泛存在于生物代谢系统中。近几年,关于超氧生化特性的研究取得了突破性进展;(1)超氧可以产生单线态氧(~1O_2);(2)超氧可使铁蛋白中的铁离子以Fe~(2+)的形式释放出来。

Abstract:After having studied the reactive activity of superoxide (O_2),chemists and biologists put out two contrast view points on superoxide. The former hold the view that superoxide was completly inactive and merely a chemical curiosity, while the latter insisted that superoxide was highly reactive, extremely oxidant, and involved in various biological processes. The following advances have been achieved on the biochemical characteristics of superoxide: (1) superoxide can generate, singlet oxygen (1~O_2), (2) superoxide can release of Fe~(2+) from ferritin.
