| 摘 要： | 理解国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的理论实质,就要对治理及相关概念的内涵进行分析。推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化是巩固和完善社会主义制度、实现全面的现代化、化解经济社会发展中存在的问题的必然要求。为此,要培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观、完善社会主义法治、提高党的执政能力和其他主体的治理能力。

| Abstract: | To understand the theoretical substance of the modernization of national governance system and governance ability,we need to analyze the connotation of governance and its related concept. Pushing on the modernization of national governance system and governance ability is the inevitable requirement of consolidating and promoting the socialist system,realizing overall modernization,and dissolving the issues in economic development. For this purpose,we need to cultivate and to carry forward the socialist core value,to perfect the socialist legality,to improve the Party's ruling ability and other main governance capabilities. |
