灌浆期小麦籽粒的多酚氧化酶同工酶谱

摘    要:用12份冬麦品种研究了籽粒发育过程中灌浆期的多酚氧化酶同工酶.结果表明,在同一生长时期,品种问的同工酶谱有极大相似性,但有一定差异.在不同生长期,籽粒PPO同工酶不尽一致,随着籽粒成熟,同工酶多态性减少.

Abstract:12 wheat varieties were used to determine the isozymes of polyphenol oxidase at various stages in the maturation of wheat kernels. Up to 9 PPO isozymes ware detected in the immature kernels. Though they were similar in most ground, there were some differences among them. The PPO isozymes changed with the development of kernels, and the number of isozyme slabs reduced to 5 at the end of mature.
