摘    要:目的对生态工业园水环境承载力进行测算,以支持生态工业园各级污废水排放控制,促进生态工业园的可持续发展。方法运用实证分析的方法对生态工业园水环境承载力进行分析研究。结果提出生态工业园水环境承载力应从自然水域的环境承载力和污水处理厂的纳污容量等层面加以控制,并建立了生态工业园的自然水域环境承载力和污水处理厂纳污容量模型。结论建立的模型可操作性较好,可以有效地测算出生态工业园的自然水域环境承载力和污水处理厂纳污容量。以此为依据控制各级污废水排放,可以有效地保护水资源环境。

Abstract:Aim To calculate the water environment bearing capacity of eco-industrial park for the purpose of controlling wastewater discharge of eco-industrial park for supporting eco-industrial park sustainable development.Methods Using analysis method,make on analysis of the water environment bearing capacity of eco-industrial park.Results This paper puts forward that to protect the water environment of eco-industrial park,the bearing capacity of water environment and the carrying capacity of wastewater treatment plants must be controlled,and sets up models of the bearing capacity of water environment and the carrying capacity of wastewater treatment plants.Conclusion Practicalities of models has been proven that are good,the bearing capacity of water environment and the carrying capacity of wastewater treatment plant can guide the controlling of wastewater discharge,and has contributed to protect water resource environment.
