摘    要:从原材料开始跟踪,对螺旋伞齿轮在碳氮共渗淬火时每一个可能引起变形的因素进行了分析,以从根本上找到变形的原因。结果表明:在拉应力的作用下,齿形变化的方式是由弯变直;拉应力主要产生在最终热处理时的加热和淬火冷却阶段。据此提出了解决变形的有效措施和方法。

Abstract:In order to find the actual deformation reasons of bevel gears, the possible factors of the influencing deformation at carbonitriding and quenching are analyzed. The result shows that the deformation tendency of dentiform is from curved to straight due to the tensile stress, and the tensile stress is mainly generated during the heating and quenching stages in the heat treatment. Effective methods are put forward to resolving the deformation of the bevel gears.
