安徽省人口就业与经济增长的相关性研究

充分就业和经济增长是宏观经济追求的基本目标，也是经济学界一直研究的热点问题。“九五”以来，安徽省经济保持了稳定持续快速增长。经济增长是否有效带动了就业的增长？论文结合安徽省人口就业与经济增长的现状，利用1996-2012年的数据对经济增长和就业进行了回归分析，结果发现经济增长对就业的拉动能力逐渐减弱，进而对产生这种情况的原因进行分析，并针对性的提出了促进就业的政策建议。

Study on the Relationship between Employment and Economy of Anhui Province

Full employment and economic growth are the basic target of the macroscopic economic pursuit. And it is also a hot issue that economics community has studied. The economy of Anhui province always maintains stability, sustained and rapid growth since ″Nine Five″. Whether economic growth effectively promotes the growth of employment The paper combines with the present situation of Anhui province population employment and economic growth, and analyzes the relationship of the economic growth and employment using 1996-2012 data. Results show that the economic growth to stimulate employment ability gradually is weak-ened. Further analysis of its causes, we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations to promote the employment growth.
