隔震抗震技术

摘    要:阐述了隔震技术将建筑物和强烈地面运动隔开,使作用在结构上的水平地震力降低,从而提高了结构安全性或降低建筑物造价的原理.并主要对美国,新西兰和日本这三个走在抗震研究前沿的国家的隔震技术的应用情况包括隔震材料和隔震体系作了详细的介绍,同时简要介绍了在进行隔震设计时需要注意的问题.最后从业主的认识误区、生产工艺和工程师的设计观念几个方面,分析了阻碍我国使用隔震技术的原因,并对怎样推广隔震技术提出了几点建议.

Abstract:The theory of seismic isolation technology which is isolating the structure from the strong ground motion and improving the security of the structure or reducing the cost of the building is expatiated. And the application of seismic isolation technology including seismic isolation material and seismic isolation system in U.S.A, New Zealand and Japan which stand out in seismic investigation is also particularly introduced, and some suggestions about seismic isolation design are also made in this paper. There are some reasons that cumber the using of seismic isolation technology such as the wrong sense of the owner, manufacture technics and the design concept of the engineer. Several suggestions about how to extend seismic isolation technology are made in this paper.
