蓄热容器内固液相变蓄热过程的仿真计算

摘    要:在考虑容器侧壁导热和添加更加真实的空穴模型的基础上,建立了微重力下热管吸热器内的相变蓄热容器的仿真模型,并采用FLUENT软件对相变蓄热过程进行了仿真计算,得到了热管壁温和蓄热容器外壁温度的变化曲线,以及不同时刻下蓄热容器内的温度场和熔化率分布;仿真结果对于微重力下固液相变过程的研究和蓄热容器的设计改进具有积极的意义。

Abstract:The simulation model of phase change thermal storage canister was built under microgravity condition,in which heat conduction of sidewall and more real void model was considered.Simulation of phase change process was carried out using thermal analysis software(FLUENT).Temperature curves of heat pipe wall and outer wall of canister were calculated,profiles of temperature and PCM melt fraction were plotted.The simulation results have positive meaning in both investigations of solid-liquid phase change under m...
