| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化进程的不断推进，国际金融面临着整合和全球化的态势，金融市场化、证券化、国际资本流动、科技的贡献及跨国公司的领先地位等特征，都将推动金融全球化的发展。而在发达国家与发展中国家初始竞争条件截然不同的国际形势下，发展中国家更要保持清醒的头脑，辨证地分析理解金融全球化的机遇和挑战。

| Abstract: | With acceleration of economic globalization, international finance faces the situation of conformity and globalization. Financial globalization will be propelled by financial marketilization, financial securitization, international capital flows, the devotion of science and technology, transnational corporations and so on. Since there are widely differently situations in initiative competitive conditions between developing countries and developed ones, developing countries must keep sober-minded, dialecticly analyze and comprehend the challenges and chances of the financial globalization. |
