摘    要:本文研究了甲酯化的鱼油中二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸组分的气相色谱分析方法。在载气N_2:10ml/min,柱温:194℃,10%DEGS/chromosorbWAWDMCS(80~100目)柱上,对二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸组分进行了实验检查。二十碳五烯酸检出限为1×10 ̄(-8)g;二十二碳六烯酸为1×10 ̄(-7)g。灵敏度、重现性较好,此方法可用于定量。并用该方法测定了鱼油中二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸组分的含量。

Abstract:In this paper,a gas chromatographic method for determination of fish oileicosapentacenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid which were pretreated by methylesterification is described.The two components in fish oil were separated with a 1.5m col-umn of 10% DEGS supported on chromosorb W AW DMCS(80~100 mesh)with ni-trogen as carrier gas flowing at a rate of 10ml / min. The column temperature was kept tobe 194℃. The detectable limits are 1×10 ̄(-8)g and 1×10 ̄(-8)g for eicosapentacenoic acid anddocosahexaenoic acid respectively.Better sensitivity,resolvability and reproducibilitywere achieved in quantitative analysis of the two components in fish oil.
