电厂水力输灰管内灰浆流动特性的研究

摘    要:远距离、大流量水力输灰管路的增多,使电力部门对输灰系统的设计和运行提出了新要求.通过对输灰管内灰浆流动特性曲线的分析,引入了流区判别因子Z,从而为灰管设计及运行流速的选取提供了新依据;并通过试验,筛选出了较为合理的灰管流阻力降计算公式.

Abstract:As the large flow rate and long distance hydrolic transport of ash water mixtures in pipelines is widely applied, the electric power administration put some new demands on the design and operation of hydrotransport system.The hydrotransport characteristics curve of ash water mixtures in pipelines is analysed, and the factor Z is introduced to distinguish flow regions.Therefore a new method is provided for the design of pipelines and the selection of operating velocity. In addition, the reasonable equation for calculating head losses of ash water mixtures in pipelines is given by a comparison between the test results and the calculating results.
